Having ran several marathons and long distance challenges in the past, I always struggled for time when it came to training. Running a business and having a family, meant I had to dramatically cut down my training time during the week. Not only that, I didn’t want it to affect my progress or the end result.
On my quest for finding a smarter way to train, this is where I discovered Brian MacKenzie from POWER SPEED ENDURANCE.
He has developed a training program where short and intensive circuits and weight training, can help top athletes still be competitive at marathon, Ultra and Iron Man distances. This method drastically cuts training time down, which not only means more time, but it also reduces the strain and chances of injury.

ABOUT PSE
Power Speed Endurance is a sports specific training program dedicated to improving skill, performance, fitness and overall potential. We inspire, coach, and provide our community with the most comprehensive solutions and proven fundamentals of sports science, exercise physiology, nutrition, and athletic training protocols.
Power Speed Endurance is not just for endurance athletes, but for all athletes looking to increase efficiency and improve movement mechanics through gross understanding of movement principles.
Everyone can and will benefit from a minimal dose for maximum effect with relation to what they want to accomplish. And we are not just about short intense distance. Volume is good but must be earned by maintaining the skill under stress.
We guide athletes, educate coaches and provide information to the athletes with long -term success. We are not for everyone, only for those who want to have a home in which they can grow both mentally and physically as an athlete to realize their chosen potential. This requires long term commitment to goals, and not short-term solutions to one race.
We are a program and community steeped in learning and experience. We are a hub for progressive, curious athletes and coaches who want to challenge the norm and be better, healthier and more conscious humans. Endurance is the true test in any sport, whether that means lasting until the finish line, the final second in the game, the last stroke of the race, the final pull in a lift — or the last breath we take.
