– Ive heard good things about Highrise.com – I am a big fan of BaseCamp.com, and this CRM is from the same team. It’s not the cheapest, but offers powerful features, is cloud based and integrated with BaseCamp project management.

– Another Cloud CRM worth checking and gets great feedback. Like Highrise, there isn’t a FREE version but a powerful tool with an easy to use interface.
